If you are a clinician looking to administer the JPAQ, read on.
The administration, scoring and interpretative manual for the Joines Personality Adaptation Questionnaire (JPAQ) is now available online and easier to use.
A clinician account may be purchased for a one time fee of $225. This includes 10 client tokens to administer the JPAQ. Once you have a clinician account, you may purchase 10 additional tokens at a time for $50. To do so log in with your username and password, go to "Manage Tokens" and click the "buy token" link at the top of the page.
As the clinician, you receive access to the clinical results profile. In this profile you are given the specific technical information you need to work with the client utilizing the JPAQ data. These results include treatment approaches customized on your client's specific personality profile.
Using the JPAQ Online App with your client is easy. Once you've signed up, simply login to your clinician's account. Enter your client's name, email address and optionally other contact info (so you can use the App as a client database, if you so choose); click on the "Assign Token" button which will immediately send an invitation email to your client.
Your client simply clicks on the personalized survey link, and they are taken to the app where your client can immediately complete the online survey.
Once completed, the system analyzes your clients answers, interpreting the data in order to generates two completely customized profiles for you and your client. Your profile shows a bar chart of the scores, the interpretation of the scores, and complete customized client profile directly from the JPAQ handbook with additional, and now with supplemental information provided by Dr. Joines. Your client receives a scaled down version of this information, introducing them to the JPAQ and their profile, without the specific treatment recommendations you receive as a clinician.

Once you have completed your purchase through PayPal you will be brought back the this site to complete your registration of a new account. It is important that during your purchase through PayPal that you do not close your browser window or hit the back button, doing so will prevent you from completing your account set up.
